Litigation and Arbitration Department provides services as following:

Domestic Litigation

Administrative Litigation: including disputes over administrative decisions and actions.

Commercial Litigation: including disputes related to contracts, real estate,

Criminal Procedure: Entrusted by criminal suspects in criminal cases,
providing legal advice, acting as defense counsel attending hearing, applying for bail,
on the entrust of victims or their close relatives participating in criminal trials.

Apply for retrial of litigation cases: including retrial of civil, commercial,
administrative and criminal cases.

Dispute Resolution: resolution of commercial and contract disputes,
data and infringement protection
(relates to Internet Infringement Disputes), labor disputes,
construction and real estate disputes, customs and trade disputes,
intellectual property disputes and enforcement,

Domestic Arbitration: Contract arbitration and labor dispute arbitration
- Participate in arbitration in the capacity of lawyer or arbitrator
- Obtain injunction orders and other emergency court relief to support arbitration.

International Commercial and Trade Arbitration and litigation
- International Commercial and Trade Arbitration: Investment, trade,
transportation, insurance, intellectual property, international bidding,
maritime disputes, etc.
