Lawyers in this Department have been serving as legal counsels for Private Loans Department of China Everbrgiht Bank, Personal Credit Business Department of Huaxia Bank and China CITIC Bank since 2002.

The lawyers have also participated as the legal advisors for the People's Bank of China (China Central Bank) in the essential liquidation cases involving China's Trust and Investment Companies. The Lawyers have taken part in numerous negotiations of loan between banks and real estate developers and syndicated loan contracts, assisted banks with derivatives and helped with legal risk controlling.
