Representative Cases Represented the defendant in software copyright litigation filed by a Taiwanese company against six defendants. This case was the first litigation involving software copyright heard by a Mainland Chinese court after the Sino-US Memorandum of Understanding on the Protection of Intellectual Property was signed, which generated a positive social effect. Successfully represented Beijing Nanxun Real Estate Development Co. in the first case accepted by the Supreme People’s Court in a dispute involving a real estate transaction after the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Urban Real Estate Administration was issued.
