He was licensed as CPA and to practice in the field of Securities and Futures as a lawyer. Mr. Wang has been acting as legal counsel for many domestic companies, overseas enterprises and organizations, including the Founder Group, Antaeus Group. Post & Telecom Press, Dayuan Group, Shen Ma Industry Co. Ltd and Henan Pinggao Electronic Co. Ltd in relation with intellectual property right, finance and investment, taxation, IPO, listing, enterprise restructuring, acquisitions and reformations.
