Mr. Chen Hongwei graduated from Renmin University of China with a major in Business Administration and Beijing Normal University with a major in Applied Psychology. He holds the professional technical title of Engineer.

With years of legal practice experience, he specializes in administrative litigation and administrative compliance, corporate compliance system establishment and risk management, private lending and contractual creditor’s rights, marriage and family affairs as well as wealth succession, enforcement procedures and asset disposal, criminal litigation and criminal risk prevention and control.

Professional Experience

Mr. Chen Hongwei previously served as the Captain of Binyang Work Safety Supervision Brigade, and has long been engaged in administrative law enforcement concerning work safety. He acts as legal counsel for Emergency Management Bureau and Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. He is a People’s Supervisor of Nanning People’s Procuratorate, a member of Nanning Emergency Management Expert Database, and a member of China Law Society.

He has extensive experience in work safety administrative law enforcement, accident investigation and disposal, administrative reconsideration and litigation, as well as corporate work safety compliance. For a long time, he has provided comprehensive legal services for multiple government authorities and central state-owned enterprise groups, and successfully represented numerous civil, commercial and criminal litigation cases. He is well-versed in work safety supervision regulations, government administrative law enforcement procedures, corporate compliance system construction and judicial practice standards, and is capable of providing integrated, practical and compliant legal solutions for clients.
