Ms. Li Huina holds an LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law. She specializes in corporate legal affairs, civil and commercial litigation, labor disputes and administrative litigation.

Professional Experience

Ms. Li Huina has served or currently serves as perennial legal counsel for Guangxi Sanding Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and The Export-Import Bank of China Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Branch.

She participated in the legal service project concerning personnel placement for the equipment manufacturing industry reform of Guangxi Power Transmission and Transformation Construction Co., Ltd.

She has provided legal due diligence services for multiple projects, including the restructuring and equity confirmation of large collective enterprises under Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd., capital increase for county-level subsidiaries of Guangxi New Power Group, deregistration of Beihai Jingang Hotel under Guangxi Yinrui Property Management Service Co., Ltd. and the Beihai Training Center of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Guangxi Branch, as well as planned new energy project acquisitions by the New Power Group.

She has represented Guangxi Nengjian Honghu Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. in numerous construction contract dispute cases, and handled a large number of financial leasing contract cases on behalf of Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Shiqiao Financial Leasing (China) Co., Ltd.
