Ms. Kong Yingying holds an LL.B. degree from Guangxi University of Finance and Economics. She obtained her lawyer practice certificate in 2024.

She specializes in civil and commercial litigation including sales contract disputes, private lending disputes, property management disputes, labor disputes and tort disputes, as well as non-litigation matters such as corporate legal counsel services, and legal due diligence for non-performing asset acquisition and transfer.

Professional Experience

Ms. Kong Yingying has practical experience in both litigation and non-litigation legal practice. In terms of litigation representation, she has provided litigation services for numerous state-owned enterprises and public institutions including Guangxi New Power Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanning Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., a Guangxi-based supply chain company, a Guangxi-based property management company, and a Guangxi-based technical college, covering cases involving contract disputes, tort disputes, property management and labor disputes.

She serves as perennial legal counsel for entities including a branch of the People’s Bank of China, Nanning Rail Transit Smart Life Service Group Co., Ltd., and Nanning Rail Transit Resource Operation Management Co., Ltd., assisting with daily corporate compliance management and legal risk prevention and control.

In respect of non-litigation special legal services, she has conducted legal due diligence on non-performing assets for a branch of Bank of China and a branch of China CITIC Financial Asset Management Corporation, and participated in non-performing asset package acquisition and transfer projects.

She is well-versed in the entire procedures of litigation and non-litigation affairs, and is capable of providing comprehensive legal support for enterprises in compliance management, risk prevention and dispute resolution.
