Mr. Liang Shaobin is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning).He graduated from Guangxi Minzu University and once served as a clerk at a primary-level people’s court in Nanning.

Since his admission to practice in 2020, he has acted as legal counsel for a financial leasing company, Guangxi Nengjian Honghu Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Guangxi Huineng Hongyu Company, Guangxi Honghu Technology Company and other enterprises. He has handled hundreds of financial leasing cases and a large number of electric power engineering construction cases, with relatively extensive practice experience. In 2022, he completed legal due diligence projects for 15 companies involved in the equity confirmation and restructuring of large collective enterprises under Guangxi Power Grid.

He specializes in civil and commercial legal affairs including construction engineering, labor disputes, credit assignment and guarantee, financial leasing, bankruptcy administration, marriage and family affairs, corporate legal services, and compliance management of state-owned enterprises.

Mr. Liang Shaobin has extensive experience in providing legal services to large state-owned enterprises.

Since 2022, he has participated in handling a large number of bulk trade, entrusted import and supply chain dispute cases for Guangxi Modern Logistics Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries. He has rich experience in compliance management and financing compliance of state-owned enterprises, and has issued a large number of legal opinions on corporate compliance management and financing compliance.

He has served as legal counsel for Guangxi Environmental Protection Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. since 2022, during which he handled non-litigation matters including corporate division, equity repurchase and a large number of PPP projects.

Since 2022, he has been a member of the legal service team for the 2022–2023 legal compliance review of major business decisions and case representation of Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd. He has participated in and completed legal due diligence and issued legal opinions for 15 large collective enterprises under Guangxi Power Grid in their equity confirmation and restructuring, as well as legal due diligence and legal opinions for the free transfer of property rights and capital increase of participating subsidiaries under Guangxi New Power Group.

Since starting his practice in 2020, he has served as legal counsel for subsidiaries of Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd., including Guangxi Nengjian Honghu Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Guangxi Huineng Hongyu Company and Guangxi Honghu Technology Company. He has represented nearly 100 cases for energy construction enterprises and recovered more than 20 million yuan in project funds for them.
