Ms. Zheng Xiaoqing obtained her LLM degree from Peking University. With nearly 20 years of legal practice, her main practice areas include corporate legal counsel and litigation.

Professional Experience

Ms. Zheng Xiaoqing is a member of the Corporate Law Committee of the Beijing Bar Association. Her working languages are Chinese and English. She has provided legal services in securities, financing, asset restructuring and other fields for a number of Chinese and foreign enterprises.

She has successively participated in stock issuance and overseas listing projects for enterprises including Fujian Zhenyun Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., Tianjin Ya’an Co., Ltd., Quanzhou Geige Paper Co., Ltd., Fuqing Nissin Food Co., Ltd., and Jinjiang Xidelang Sports Goods Co., Ltd..

She has also handled the establishment, shareholding system reform, asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation and other matters for Sino-US joint venture Shanghai Weisu Textile Products Co., Ltd., an Australian coalbed methane company, Sichuan Tailai Entertainment Co., Ltd., Longyan Wuqi Machinery Co., Ltd., Fujian Jian’ou Mingliang Food Co., Ltd., and Qunli Holdings Co., Ltd..

In addition, she has served as standing legal counsel for enterprises and institutions including China CITIC Industrial Bank, Audiotech Diagnostics Ireland Ltd., Guangdong Chamber of Commerce Construction Industry Association, and Yangjiang Enterprise Chamber of Commerce.
