Mr. Tan Danyan is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning).

He graduated from the Law School of Guangxi Minzu University in 2017, participated in enforcement work at the Enforcement Division of a people’s court in Nanning in 2018, and obtained his lawyer’s practice qualification in 2020.

He specializes in bank debt recovery, intellectual property rights, equity disputes, corporate bankruptcy and other civil and commercial legal affairs.

Professional Experience

He is currently a member of the firm’s Financial Litigation Team, with solid legal foundation and extensive practical experience in handling financial contract dispute cases.

Mr. Tan Danyan has provided legal services to numerous financial institutions, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Nanning Branch and its subsidiary sub-branches, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Chongzuo Branch, China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. Nanning Branch, and Agricultural Bank of China Nanning Gucheng Subbranch.

He has handled hundreds of financial loan contract and credit card dispute cases, successfully helping the above banks recover cash totaling more than 100 million yuan.

He has provided equity confirmation legal services for Guangxi Beibu Gulf Equity Exchange, confirming equity ownership for more than 30,000 shareholders of dozens of Guangxi rural cooperative financial institutions with billions of yuan worth of shares.

He has provided litigation and non-litigation services concerning land contract management rights for Guangxi Chongzuo Jiangzhou Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and non-litigation enforcement services involving enforcement based on notarization of loan contracts for Guangxi Feiwo Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.

He was invited by the Higher People’s Court of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to participate in the development of the Guangxi Electronic Court, helping to improve the functions of the case filing system and effectively enhancing the convenience of online case filing.
