Ms. Teng Xiufeng is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). As a member of the Communist Party of China, she has been awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Party Member.

She has worked as a part-time lecturer in economic law at a well-known national legal training institution and an accounting training institution, with rich experience in legal training and in-depth knowledge of various financial laws and regulations.

She has been practicing at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning) since 2019, serving a number of financial institutions and government agencies.

She specializes in civil and commercial litigation, financial leasing cases, non-litigation cases, labor dispute cases and criminal cases.

Professional Experience

Ms. Teng Xiufeng is a member of the legal counsel team for the Nanning Central Sub-branch of the People’s Bank of China. During her tenure, she has participated in the review of a large number of financial activity plans, conducted research on numerous financial activities in cooperation with the bank, and contributed to relevant financial research reports. As an on-duty lawyer for the People’s Bank of China for many years, she has provided legal advice to its staff and won high praise from leaders and employees alike.

She also serves as a member of the legal counsel team for the Guangxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and has participated in the review of numerous financial legal documents with a thorough grasp of financial legal provisions.

She has represented hundreds of financial leasing cases for multiple financial companies including the financial leasing subsidiary of Minsheng Bank and Shiqiao Financial Leasing (China) Co., Ltd. She is highly familiar with laws and regulations governing financial leasing, as well as the judicial opinions on such cases in various courts across Guangxi. During her representation, she has helped clients recover millions of yuan in enforcement funds annually on average, earning consistent praise from clients.

She has participated in due diligence projects and litigation cases for large central and state-owned enterprises on many occasions, including Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. Chongzuo Petroleum Branch, Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. Guigang Petroleum Branch, China Resources Land (Nanning) Co., Ltd., Nanning Qingxiu Wanda Plaza Investment Co., Ltd., and China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Branch. She is familiar with corporate joint venture and M&A procedures, as well as legal provisions related to land expropriation.

She has been deeply involved in the equity confirmation project of rural village and town banks in various districts of Guangxi, serving as a person in charge of the project and being familiar with relevant confirmation procedures.
As an extramural mediator for the Nanning Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Commission, she has handled more than one hundred labor dispute cases and is well-versed in relevant laws and regulations governing labor cases.

In the field of criminal law, she has personally handled criminal cases of national social influence and specializes in the analysis of sentencing patterns in criminal cases.
