Mr. Mo Tao is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning) and Secretary-General of the Firm’s Management and Development Committee.

He previously worked at Liuzhou Intermediate People’s Court and the Legal Aid Division of the Department of Justice of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, where he was awarded the title of “Advanced Individual in Legal Aid”.

Since practicing law in 2019, he has served as perennial legal counsel for numerous state-owned and private enterprises, successfully handled a large number of serial cases consisting of hundreds of individual matters, and has twice been honored as an Outstanding Lawyer of the firm.

He has handled more than one hundred serial cases concerning delayed delivery and delayed property title certification disputes for Guangxi Jinyuan Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., as well as over one hundred litigation cases and more than two hundred enforcement cases involving financial leasing contract disputes for Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Shiqiao Financial Leasing (China) Co., Ltd.

In a criminal case involving the crime of concealing or covering up illegal gains, he obtained a Decision Not to Initiate Prosecution for his client at the review and prosecution stage.

He has represented Daxin County Bureau of Natural Resources in numerous administrative cases involving land disputes and administrative compensation disputes, earning high recognition from the client’s leadership.
