Ms. Wu Tingting is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). She holds an LL.B. degree from Guangxi University. She once worked at a people’s court in Nanning, where she was engaged in judicial support work for various civil and commercial disputes for a long time and has extensive practical litigation experience. She obtained her lawyer’s practice qualification in 2020.

Her main practice areas include civil and commercial legal affairs such as non-performing loan recovery for banks, corporate bankruptcy administration, corporate legal services, labor disputes, tort liability, and various contract disputes.

She has handled hundreds of financial loan contract and credit card cases for financial institutions including Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank Co., Ltd., Agricultural Bank of China Nanning Gucheng Subbranch, and Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. Nanning Branch.

She has been deeply involved in legal due diligence for multiple state-owned enterprises in projects such as mergers and acquisitions, joint venture establishment, asset investment and financing, equity transfer, and free transfer of state-owned equity.
