With nearly 20 years of legal practice, his main practice areas include litigation and arbitration involving corporate governance, labor disputes, contract disputes and intellectual property, and he has extensive professional experience in corporate shareholding reform, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and intellectual property confirmation.

Professional Experience

Mr. Wu Fengtang is a committee member of the Media and News Committee of the Beijing Bar Association, as well as a member of the Law Firm Management and Business Steering Committee of the Haidian District Bar Association of Beijing.

He has represented multiple cases involving intellectual property, corporate governance, labor disputes, contract disputes, etc. in litigation and arbitration, especially having extensive experience in the areas of company reorganization and mergers and acquisitions. He represented Richemont Group in applications for well-known status concerning its trademarks Vacheron Constantin, Alfred Dunhill, Montblanc etc. Entrusted by Beijing Jun Net Union Corp Ltd., Mr. Wu acted as counsel in its litigation against Mr. Mi, Mr. Zhou and Guangzhou Tech Company for damages compensation based on impairment of corporate interests by directors.

Mr. Wu represented the reputable American steel company Heidtman Steel Products Inc. in its arbitration with jurisdiction in Switzerland against a Chinese steel company and acted as counsel in the recognition and enforcement procedure of the arbitration award afterwards.
