Since commencing his legal practice, Mr. Sun Jingyu has handled a variety of litigation and non-litigation matters, including an asset acquisition case for a substation of Guangxi Guishui Electric Power Co., Ltd.; multiple housing loan arrears and non-performing asset recovery cases for a large state-owned bank’s Guangxi Branch; a contract dispute case involving a Fourthousand-Ton Electrolytic Zinc Project Anticorrosion Construction Contract for Zhangjiagang Anticorrosion Engineering Co., Ltd.; numerous property legal dispute cases for several large state-owned property service companies in Guangxi; large-scale real estate asset restructuring and creditor’s rights and debt litigation for Guangxi Shengjing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
