Mr. Guo Zhongkai is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). He holds a bachelor’s degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and is an on-the-job postgraduate student at Guangxi University.

He is also a member lawyer of Beibu Gulf Equity Exchange. Since commencing practice, he has handled a large number of cases of various types. His main practice areas include criminal cases, civil tort cases, marriage and family cases, inheritance disputes and general corporate legal affairs.

Over years of practice, he has represented numerous civil cases including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage and intellectual property infringement disputes. He also possesses rich experience in handling marriage and family legal affairs, having represented many cases involving divorce, child custody and property division. With strong communication and negotiation skills, he excels in coordinating the interests of all parties and assisting clients with will drafting, estate distribution and resolution of inheritance disputes.

He has represented large enterprises in Guangxi in both litigation and non-litigation matters, and provided perennial legal counsel services to numerous companies covering corporate establishment, governance structure optimization, compliance risk management, shareholder rights protection, bankruptcy and liquidation.

Since practicing law, he has undertaken many criminal legal aid cases assigned by the Legal Aid Office of the Department of Justice of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and has accumulated rich practical experience in criminal defense. He also participated in and completed the equity confirmation project for Guangxi Rural Cooperative Financial Institutions, confirming equity ownership for thousands of shareholders. He has profound professional research and extensive practical experience in corporate law and equity management, providing solid protection for shareholders’ rights and interests.
