Mr. Wang Zongren is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). He graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006 and holds a CET-6 certificate. He obtained his master’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2009.

After graduation, he worked successively at Sinopec Guangxi Petroleum Branch and China Resources Land South China Region Guangxi Company. He began practicing law in late 2019 and has 15 years of professional legal experience.

His main practice areas include real estate and construction, corporate equity, family and marriage affairs, labor disputes, civil enforcement and other legal matters.

Professional Experience

In the non-litigation field, Mr. Wang Zongren was deeply involved in the establishment and implementation of legal risk prevention and control systems at Sinopec and China Resources Land. He provided legal services for major investment projects including land acquisition and lease negotiations for large-scale Sinopec gas stations, land consolidation for China Resources Land’s Nanmian and Xiyuan projects, and investment and mergers for the Zhongshan Road project.

He has served as perennial legal counsel for a number of large state-owned and private enterprises, including China Resources Land (Nanning) Co., Ltd., Guangxi Zhonglin Ecocity Investment Co., Ltd., Guangxi Zechuan Environmental Protection Water Affairs Co., Ltd., Guangxi Linfeng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., State Grid (Guangxi) Corporate Headquarters Management Co., Ltd., Dayou Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Guangxi Boao Medical Enterprise Group, and Guangxi Gugong Construction Management Consulting Co., Ltd.

In litigation, he has represented dozens of cases involving construction project contract disputes, inheritance disputes, post-marital property division disputes, private lending disputes, commercial housing sales contract disputes, labor disputes and administrative litigation.

In addition, Mr. Wang Zongren is appointed as an expert in the Local Legislation Expert Pool of the Standing Committee of Nanning Municipal People’s Congress. He has participated in the expert demonstration of several local regulations, including the Nanning Road Safety Management Regulations, Nanning Property Service Regulations and Nanning Parking Space Management Regulations.c
