Ms. Zhao Yi is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). She graduated from the Law School of Guizhou Minzu University in 2006.

She worked at a people’s court in Nanning from November 2008 to March 2016, and has been with B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning) since November 2017. She obtained her Lawyer Practice Certificate in 2019.

She specializes in litigation and non-litigation civil and commercial legal affairs in bank debt recovery, construction contract disputes, real estate and financial contract disputes, bankruptcy administration and related fields.

Professional Experience

Ms. Zhao Yi has been working in the Financial & Legal Affairs Department since joining the firm. She has represented financial institutions in nearly one thousand bank litigation and debt recovery cases, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Nanning Branch and its sub-branches, China Minsheng Bank Nanning Branch, China Merchants Bank Nanning Branch, Nanning Jiangnan Minzu Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China Chongzuo Branch, helping them recover a total of nearly 100 million yuan in cash.

She has fully participated in non-litigation projects such as the equity confirmation project of Guangxi Rural Credit Union and the bankruptcy case of Guangxi Guitai Import & Export Company as a member of the administrator team, and is familiar with relevant procedures.

She has successively served as perennial legal counsel for Nanning Construction Engineering Installation Co., Ltd., Nanning Women and Children Activity Center, Guangxi Starlight Education Management Co., Ltd. and other entities. She excels in reviewing various business contracts, labor contracts, government procurement contracts, etc., and strives to reduce operational legal risks for enterprises and public institutions.
