Mr. Lv Jie is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). He obtained his Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in 2008 and began full-time legal practice in 2010. He is a member of the China Democratic National Construction Association.

In 2015, he participated in the "1+1" China Legal Aid Volunteer Action organized by the All China Lawyers Association and the China Legal Aid Foundation. In 2016, he was awarded the title of Outstanding Legal Aid Lawyer for the 2015 "1+1" China Legal Aid Volunteer Action. He currently serves as a volunteer lawyer for the TV program Lawyers on Site on Guangxi TV Variety Channel and a volunteer on-duty lawyer for Guangxi Lawyers Association.

He specializes in litigation and non-litigation legal affairs concerning corporate law, real estate, construction engineering, labor disputes, traffic accidents, marriage and inheritance, criminal defense and administrative litigation.

Mr. Lv Jie has served as legal counsel for a number of companies and has represented his corporate clients in numerous litigation and non-litigation matters. He has provided legal opinions and services for enterprises in daily operation and governance, investment, equity acquisition, debt collection, and the establishment of internal legal and labor management rules.

He has extensive experience in equity structure design, corporate restructuring, equity incentive plans, public bidding, land transfer for real estate projects, construction and development, as well as the sale and leasing of commercial housing.
