Mr. Song Fei is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). He has served as a member of the Corporate Law Committee of Guangxi Lawyers Association, a member of the Finance, Securities and Insurance Committee of Guangxi Lawyers Association, and a member of the Legal and Policy Committee of China Property Management Institute.  He specializes in legal affairs in civil, commercial and administrative fields.

Professional Experience

Since commencing his legal practice, Mr. Song Fei has served as perennial legal counsel for numerous state-owned and private enterprises. He has provided legal due diligence reports and litigation services for investment cooperation, equity acquisition and other projects of such enterprises, and has handled a large number of litigation and non-litigation matters on their behalf.

He has assisted his clients in providing legal opinions and suggestions on legislation to the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of Guangxi People’s Congress and the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of Nanning People’s Congress. He has participated in discussion forums held by government authorities on difficult disputed cases and offered legal advice, and joined policy demonstration meetings organized by government legislative and pricing authorities to provide legal opinions.

He has represented financial institutions including Bank of China, ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank in hundreds of financial contract dispute cases, and has acted for a water conservancy hub development company and a hydropower company in construction contract and subrogation disputes respectively.

He has provided non-litigation legal services for major asset and equity acquisition projects for enterprises such as a petrochemical group’s Guangxi branch, advised real estate developers and commercial property management firms on property sales and leasing, and assisted property service companies in tendering, government procurement, fee legality reviews and project exit matters.
