Mr. Li Shubin obtained his LLB degree from Shanxi University. With more than 30 years of legal practice, his main practice areas include corporate legal affairs, project development and construction engineering legal affairs, and criminal defense, with extensive practical legal experience.

Professional Experience

Mr. Li began his career as a licensed lawyer in 1994. He has provided services on IPO and legal affairs for listed companies including Jiangsu Qionghua High-Tech Co., Ltd., Huawen Media Investment Corporation, Meijin Group and Henry Technology .

He has also provided legal services for the issuance of short-term financing debentures for ZTS Non-ferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. and DATUHE (Shanxi) Coking & Chemicals Co., Ltd., as well as legal services for enterprise restructuring and establishment for Northern Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Changli High Tech Co., Ltd. and Jinzhong City Commercial Bank.
