Mr. Huabo Wang is a lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). A member of the Communist Party of China, he holds an LL.B. degree from the Law School of Guangxi University.

He served in the Guangxi Public Security Fire Corps for 18 years, including three years as the captain of a county-level public security fire brigade. During his service, he was long engaged in fire legislation, law enforcement supervision, fire accident investigation and troop management. He has received numerous honors, including the Second Prize for Excellent Fire Legal Theory Paper awarded by the Fire Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, a Third-Class Merit Citation by the Public Security Department of the autonomous region, as well as titles such as “Excellent Party Member”, “Advanced Individual in Fire Supervision and Law Enforcement” and “Excellent Legal Officer” conferred by the Guangxi Public Security Fire Corps.
