Mr. Wu Yingfan is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L International Law Firm (Nanning). He graduated from Guangxi University. He once served as resident legal counsel for Guangxi Construction Engineering No.5 Construction Group Co., Ltd. and the Tourism Development Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and participated in the revision of the Tourism Regulations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

He received the honors of Outstanding Debater in the 2015 Nanning Procurators and Lawyers Debate Competition, Top Ten Legal Aid Lawyers of Xingning District, Nanning in 2017, and Outstanding Legal Aid Lawyer of Xingning District, Nanning in 2020. He is currently a member of the Labor and Social Security Law Committee of Guangxi Lawyers Association and a specially appointed hearing examiner of the Nanning People’s Procuratorate.
