Ms. Huang Xiting is a Licensed Lawyer and Partner at B.D.L. International Law Firm (Nanning). She obtained her lawyer’s qualification in 2013. Since commencing her legal practice, she has served as perennial legal counsel for numerous state-owned and private enterprises, and has provided legal due diligence reports and litigation services for investment cooperation, equity acquisition and other projects of various state-owned and private enterprises.

She specializes in legal affairs concerning corporate equity acquisition, establishment, restructuring, merger and acquisition, as well as daily corporate governance. She also handles various litigious and non-litigious civil and commercial legal matters including creditor’s rights and debt disputes involving financial and non-financial institutions.

Ms. Huang has long served as perennial legal counsel for a number of enterprises and public institutions, including Nanning Central Sub-branch of the People’s Bank of China (since 2019), Nanning Torch Public Utilities Co., Ltd. and Nanning Municipal Engineering Service Co., Ltd. (from 2017 to 2022). She has provided special legal services for projects including the acquisition of partial equity in a Nanning company by Bama Financial Investment Co., Ltd., the acquisition of partial equity in a Beihai company by Bama International Tourism Zone Investment and Development (Group) Co., Ltd., the bank creditor’s rights acquisition and free equity transfer project of Guangxi Shen-Ba Pilot Zone Development Group Co., Ltd., the "Guaranteed Delivery of Buildings" project of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Liangqing District, Nanning, the project investment and development of Nanning Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., the restructuring of affiliated companies of Guangxi Power Grid Corporation as well as the capital increase of county-level subsidiaries under the New Electric Power Group.

She has handled numerous series of financial litigation dispute cases for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd., Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank Co., Ltd., Agricultural Bank of China, Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd., Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. and other financial institutions.
