Ms. Liang Zhengyun is a Licensed Lawyer, Partner and Head of Cross‑Border Intellectual Property at B.D.L. International Law Firm (Nanning). She earned her LL.B. from Sichuan University and her LL.M. in European Union Law (taught in English) from the University of Macau. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Forensic Accountant, Senior Corporate Compliance Professional, and a member of the Belt and Road Lawyers League.

She  specializes in risk control and cross‑border communication and cooperation, and is well versed in corporate and financial legal affairs. She is responsible for developing the firm’s international partner network and the overall coordination of large‑scale projects. Ms. Liang currently serves as a member of the ASEAN Legal Committee and the Foreign‑Related Legal Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association, a member of the Guangxi Foreign‑Related Legal Service Talent Pool, and a mediator at the Guangxi International Civil and Commercial Mediation Center. She worked for ten years in the Coca‑Cola China Bottling Investment Group system as a core management member, rising from the first Legal Counsel of an operating unit and Head of International Projects to Director of Reputation Management. She possesses extensive practical and managerial experience in commercial operations, legal affairs, public relations and project management, and enjoys an outstanding professional reputation.

Ms. Liang also concurrently served as the first Legal Counsel for the Coca‑Cola Myanmar bottling system, providing comprehensive legal support for the launch and development of local operations, including project research, contract review, operational legal support, provision of legal opinions, and legal and compliance training. During her ten‑year tenure, the total number of lawsuits against the company remained in single digits with a success rate of over 95%. Dozens of emergency and crisis events under her overall coordination were successfully resolved, and the company’s reputation received numerous industry recognitions. She was repeatedly awarded Best Legal Counsel and led the Best Reputation Management Team within the China system, and represented the Chinese team in cross‑national exchanges and cooperation.

In her legal practice, Ms. Liang has served major clients including The Export‑Import Bank of China Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Branch, Guangxi Modern Logistics Group Co., Ltd., Huabing Investment (China) Co., Ltd., Dreame Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Yihetang Catering Chain Co., Ltd., as well as medium‑sized enterprises, start‑ups and high‑net‑worth individuals. She has represented a wide range of civil and commercial and cross‑border non‑litigation and litigation matters, overseen the firm’s intellectual property and cross‑border practice, and acted as the overall coordinator for landmark large‑scale projects including the share ownership confirmation project for more than 100,000 shareholders of the Guangxi Regional Rural Credit Union and the ASEAN Expo project of the Social Culture Intellectual Property Alliance.
