Mr. Bin Qiangchang is a Licensed Lawyer at B.D.L.International Law Firm (Nanning) . He graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1990. Having worked in judicial administration for many years, he has been a practicing lawyer for more than 20 years.

His main practice areas include: criminal defense; administrative reconsideration and litigation involving real estate registration, illegal land occupation, illegal construction administrative penalties and compulsory enforcement; family dispute litigation such as marriage and family disputes, property inheritance disputes; motor vehicle traffic accident liability disputes; and civil and commercial dispute litigation including financial (private) lending contract disputes.

Professional Experience

Since commencing his legal practice, Mr. Bin Qiangchang has served as legal counsel for more than ten administrative agencies and public institutions, including the natural resources bureau, housing and urban-rural development bureau, urban appearance administration bureau, township people’s government and supply and marketing cooperative in a county of Guilin.

He has also acted as legal counsel for more than a dozen enterprises, including Guilin Tianhu Hydropower Station, Hualin Investment Management Company, Wenqiao Yangtian Cereals & Oils Company, Caiwan Yongwang Flour Industry, and Shaoshui Tianzhilong Agricultural Market.

He has represented over 200 administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation cases, more than 1,000 civil and economic dispute cases, and handled over 70 criminal defense cases, accumulating relatively rich experience in legal services.
