Ms. Qin Fengwen is a founding partner of B.D.L.International Law Firm (Nanning) .She earned her LL.B. from Guangxi University, her Master of Laws from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and completed an EMBA program at Peking University. She also pursued advanced studies and exchanges in Malaysia. Her main practice areas include legal counsel for enterprises and government agencies, civil and commercial economic law, non-litigation matters, and administrative litigation.
