Mr. Huang Yingbin is a founding partner of B.D.L.International Law Firm (Nanning) .He graduated from the Law School of Guangxi University in 2001. His main practice areas include prevention and resolution of labor disputes, identification and prevention of corporate legal risks, corporate governance, as well as various other civil and commercial litigation and non-litigation legal matters.

Mr. Huang Yingbin previously worked at Nanning Urban Housing Demolition and Relocation Office and Nanning Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and is familiar with administrative law enforcement procedures and proficient in labor laws, regulations and policies.

Since practicing law in 2007, he has served as legal counsel for dozens of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and public institutions, including Guangxi Power Grid, Guangxi New Power Group, Nanning Rail Transit, Sinopharm Holding Guangxi Co., Ltd., Guangxi Yongheng Investment Co., Ltd., China Resources Medicine (Guangxi) Co., Ltd., Huaxia Bank, Union Life Insurance, and Nanning Technician College.

He has handled a large number of civil and commercial litigation cases and non-litigation projects, accumulating extensive experience in both litigation and non-litigation practice.

In 2021, he was appointed as an Expert of the Guangxi Expert Pool for Labor and Personnel Dispute Resolution. As an expert, he has repeatedly participated in seminars on difficult labor dispute cases organized by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as well as the drafting and discussion of relevant labor dispute laws, regulations and policies.
