Mr. Li Fan is a founding partner of B.D.L.International Law Firm (Nanning) . He graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 1996 and has been practicing law since 1997. His main practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and non-litigation legal services in real estate, construction engineering, environmental protection and energy, investment and financing, asset restructuring and mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Li Fan has served successively as Vice President of the Guangxi Economic Law Society, Director of the Guangxi Law Society, and a member of the Special Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association.
