Ms. Hou Juanjuan obtained her LLB degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and her LLM degree from Macau University of Science and Technology. She has been with Beijing Dingye Law Firm since 2011, specializing in foreign-related intellectual property rights, with a comprehensive practice covering non-litigation and litigation matters relating to trademarks, patents, copyrights and other IP fields.

Professional Experience

She serves as Secretary of the Joint Party Branch of Beijing Dingye Law Firm. She has been honored as an Outstanding Communist Party Member and Outstanding Lawyer in Haidian District, Beijing, and was a delegate to the 3rd Congress of the Party Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association. She has also appeared as a guest on the legal program Here Comes the Law on China National Radio.

Many cases represented by Ms. Hou have been selected as annual typical cases, and she has achieved favorable judgments in multiple retrial cases before the Supreme People's Court.

For more than ten years, she has provided high-quality and consistent legal services for a number of world-renowned multinational enterprises, including New Balance of the United States, Salvatore Ferragamo of Italy, among others.
