Mr. Guo Fengwu obtained his LLB and LLM degrees from China University of Political Science and Law. With more than 30 years of legal practice, his main practice areas include corporate law, international sales of goods, banking and finance, international investment and intellectual property.

Mr. Guo Fengwu has extensive experience in cross-border investment filing and approval for Chinese enterprises, foreign exchange and tax planning, state-owned asset management for overseas investment, research on the OHADA legal system, international sales of goods and futures trading.
